The restaurant was huge and very clean, and they got our order out within 10 minutes. The lumpia came out to about 12 dollars, which I thought was a great value for the amount and quality of the food. The cashiers were very friendly and understood what I wanted, despite me not being very familiar with the food terminology. “The food is fine. My concern is the service as soon as you walk into the establishment. When you walk up to the counter, They don’t say anything to you. The first thing that stands out.. they look at you but not greet, just silently stare into your eyes as you hesitantly speak out your order. Sometimes they will take their “ friends” or the regulars, not sure, orders at the door while you wait dumbfounded at the food counter. It’s really frustrating because the food is fine! I’m not willing to pay premium price for subpoor and favoritism in service.”
